🕒 Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
🛍️ Order Changes & Cancellations
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
Requests made after this time cannot be accommodated, as your order will likely already be in processing.
If you no longer wish to keep your order once received, you may still return it for a full refund in accordance with our return policy.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Returned with prior authorization from our support team
⚠️ Items that have been worn, used, or washed are considered final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Custom or personalized products (e.g., made-to-order, engraved, or custom message items)
• Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
• Gift cards
• Sale or final sale items
📦 How to Request a Return
Email us at shop.cameliahill@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and its original packaging/label
⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
📤 Return Instructions
If your return is approved, we’ll provide:
• A return shipping address
• A return label (available in select countries)
• Instructions on how to send your package
Important Notes:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• If a prepaid label is issued, the cost will be deducted from your refund
• All returns must be sent with a trackable shipping method
• Packages returned without tracking may not be eligible for refund
• If an order no longer qualifies for a promotion (such as free shipping) due to a partial return, the benefit is reversed and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
💰 Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for eligible returns that are not due to our error. This helps cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.
💡 No restocking fee applies to returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
❌ Refused Deliveries / Return-to-Sender
Packages that are refused upon delivery or marked “return to sender” without contacting us first may be subject to:
• A 30% restocking fee
• Deduction of return shipping costs from your refund (if applicable)
💵 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
• Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to offer a one-time exchange:
• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Exchange shipping fees may apply
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear photos so we can make it right — at no extra cost to you.
📏 Size & Alterations Policy
All sizing information is provided in the product description and/or size chart. Please review this carefully before ordering.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been altered, adjusted, or modified in any way (including sewing, hemming, stretching, shrinking, or taking in seams). Any such alterations permanently void return and refund eligibility — even if the alteration was made to “improve fit” or “match sizing.”
If you believe the item was mis-sized upon arrival, you must:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the garment laid flat with visible measurements (bust width, length, and any other relevant dimensions)
- Include a photo of the original tags and packaging
Items without this evidence will be processed under our standard return policy, and altered items will be deemed final sale.
