You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
Requests made after this time cannot be accommodated, as your order will likely already be in processing.
If you no longer wish to keep your order once received, you may still return it for a full refund in accordance with our return policy.

📏 Size & Alterations Policy
All sizing information is provided in the product description and/or size chart. Please review this carefully before ordering.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been altered, adjusted, or modified in any way (including sewing, hemming, stretching, shrinking, or taking in seams). Any such alterations permanently void return and refund eligibility — even if the alteration was made to “improve fit” or “match sizing.”

If you believe the item was mis-sized upon arrival, you must:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the garment laid flat with visible measurements (bust width, length, and any other relevant dimensions)

• Include a photo of the original tags and packaging

Items without this evidence will be processed under our standard return policy, and altered items will be deemed final sale.
